We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed Monday through Friday are usually shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed over the weekend are usually shipped on Monday. Once processed, orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail to any U.S. address (shipping to U.S. addresses is free), or USPS Priority Mail International to any address outside of the U.S. USPS Priority Mail shipping time is 2 days to most U.S. locations, while USPS Priority Mail International shipping time is 1 to 2 weeks to most locations outside of the U.S. Please note that we cannot ship to any P.O. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your experience at Seta di Gioia. For this reason, we have made it as easy as possible for you to return or exchange your product(s). If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will gladly accept your return for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Returns between 14 and 30 days after delivery will be processed for full merchandise credit only. We will also be happy to arrange an exchange within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original condition for us to process your return/exchange. Seta di Gioia defines original condition as unworn/unused and in undamaged original packaging. We reserve the right to deny the full refund of your product(s) if items are not returned in original condition.
How to Return a Product:
Products may be returned or exchanged by simply contacting us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone at 925-695-SETA(7382) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, between 14 and 30 days for full merchandise credit, or within 30 days for exchanges. The product(s) you plan to return or exchange must be shipped to the return address below within 2 days of initiating the return/exchange process. Please ensure the original or equivalent shipping packaging is used and mark “Return for Refund” or “Return for Exchange” on your receipt to be included in the return package. Postage on returns or exchanges will only be refunded if your item is defective. Kindly allow 2-4 weeks from the time we receive your item(s) to process your return/exchange.
